Beschreibung: The Aero L-60S Brigadyr is a classic Czechoslovak light aircraft that played an important role in agricultural work, medical transportation, parachute training, or as a military observation plane. Initial design requirements were set to replace Fi-156 Storch in the post-war era of the Czechoslovak aviation. The L-60 was designed to be a reliable, versatile and durable aircraft, capable of handling rough airstrips and operating in challenging environments. Later in service the L-60 original Walter M-208 engine was replaced with more powerful an reliable AI-14RA radial engine. The very first aircraft to receive this modification was OK-MTI, which served as the prototype for the L-60S conversion. Nowadays, it is considered a vintage classic with several L-60 still flying at historical aviation events or occasionally used to tow the gliders or dropping parachutes.
