First military transport aircraft built jointly by France and Germany after the second world war. First flight occurred in september 1949. 208 N2501 were built for French Air Force, 180 for German Air Force. Total 426 Noras were built.Our aircraft flew for the first time in may 1956 and finished his career in French Air Force in 1986, it was the Noratlas supporting the \\\"Patrouille de France\\\".Restored by our association from december 1993 until april 1995, 18000 hours of work were necessary to make it fly again.We present it for air-shows, parachute dropping, and historic flights. The aircraft is classified as historic monument.
