USAF 67-21300 was the very first Cessna O-2A to become operational. In 1967 it was deployed to Vietnam were it acted as FAC platform for more than three years. Currently the aircraft is operated by the Postbellum Foundation and based at Teuge Airport, the Netherlands. In 2018 David Robson, a RAAF pilot who flew more than 50 missions on 67-21300, visited the aircraft and signed the nose.
