This aircraft that was thought to be Spanish-built, revealed a big surprise during its overhaul : the marking plate was german and described the aircraft as n°24, year 1943. The solution was surprising too : when Junkers sold the licence to Spain, Germany had to deliver 30 genuine aircraft in order to validate the spanish assembly lines. The F-AZJU is then a genuine german "Tante Ju", which makes her a true heritage aircraft and which justifies the authenticity that prevailed during its restoration, including the choice of flying instruments. The only missing parts are the two pilot watches, nowhere to be found nowadays ! Still without time reference, the Ju will be on due time for its first flight.
