Weitere Informationen / More information

The aircraft was acquired as an advanced project in December 2006, together with airworthy Klemm 35D, Bucker Bestmann, FW Stieglitz and FW190D project from RLM Aviation in the UK.The Storch was completed in 2009 after 12000+ man hours of work. Its wartime origins are unknown but is believed to have served in France. The design of the fuselage frame pre-dates 1942.It was converted by Morane Saulnier to an MS502 but was reduced to spares in 1960 by L'Armee de L'Air.It has been faithfully reverse-engineered to bring it back to its wartime origins, using only genuine, original parts, and aided by 3000 original drawings.
