Während wir hier am Boden bei knapp 30°C schwitzen, haben's unsere Piloten erfrischend kühl. Aktuell liegt die Basishöhe auf der Schwäbischen Alb bei ca. 2200 Metern. Wer sich da oben aufhält, müsste rund 12 Grad Aussentemperatur haben. Echt frisch!!!

While we're sweating on the ground at almost 30°C, our pilots are enjoying fresh cool air. Currently, the cloudbase arived at approx. 2200 meters over the Swabian Alb . So, therey should be around 12 degrees in that altitute.

Alle Flugzeuge sind in der Luft. Die ersten Piloten aus der Standardklasse scheinen bereits abgeflogen zu sein. Da wir heute auf hohe Schnittgewindigkeiten hoffen dürfen, kann ich mir vorstellen, dass die ersten Piloten aus Standard und 15m Klasse bereits gegen 16.30 Uhr zurück sein könnten. Die 18m, Doppelsitzer und Offene Klasse jedoch erst gegen 17.30 Uhr. HIER geht'S zum Live Tracking.

All competitors are in the air. As I can see on the live tracking: some pilots from the standard class are already on his way to the first turning point. The weather looks really stunning. So I would expect first pilots from Standard and 15m class back on the airfield around 4.30 p.m. 18m, 2-seater and Open class around 5.30 p.m. Watch the live tracking HERE:

Das Starterfeld befindet sich im Schlepp. Wir haben eine fantastische Wetteroptik heute. Es wird definitiv ein super Wertungstag!!!

The launch of all classes has been started. Currently we have a fantastic weather conditions. It's definitely going to be a great flying day!!!

 Wer glaubt, dass am letzten Wertungstag nur kurze Aufgaben ausgeschrieben werden, der wird heute des Besseren belehrt. Die kleinste Strecke hat die Standardklasse mit rund 400km. Auch die 15m Klasse fliegt eine Racing Aufgabe. 18m, Doppelsitzer und Offene Klasse haben AAT's. Die längst Mindestflugzeit beträgt heute 4:30h!

Das Wetter sieht vielversprechend aus. Wir freuen uns auf einen erfolgreichen letzten Wertungstag. Der 1. Start wird bereits um 11.15 Uhr erwartet.

Who believes that only short tasks will be given on the last competition day will probably be supriced...The smallest distance of about 400 km for Standard class. The 15 m class is flying a racing task as well. 18 m, 2-seater and open class are flying AAT's between 4:00 and 4:30h today!
